PROBLEM: How dow I setup Outlook Express to
check my new email account?
SOLUTION
Step 1: Launch Microsoft Outlook Express
Step 2: Click on Tools and then Accounts from the Menu Bar
Step 3: From the screen below click the Mail tab
Step 4: After clicking the mail tab, click the Add button
to the right
Step 5: From the popup select Mail

Step 6: From the example below, Enter the name of the person
that you are setting up the email box for and then click Next.

Step 7: In the example below, type the ENTIRE email address
associated with this new account. This is the e email address
that is used when they click "reply" to your email.
Click Next when you are finished inputting the e-mail address.
Step 8: From the example below. The first item should by
default be "POP3". Leave it that way.
Step 9: Incoming mail server. Enter the following: mail.yourdomainname.com
Step 10: Outgoing Mail Server, this depends on who use for
your ISP. For more information see support information for
your ISP or contact them directly for this information.

Step 11: In the Account Name field, enter your email name.
Step 12: Enter your email password in the password field.
Click the Remember password option to prevent you from being
prompted to enter your email password every time you launch
Outlook Express.
Step 13: Log on using Secure Password Authentication: Leave
this box Unchecked. Click the Next Button

Step 14: When you are satisfied that you entered all the
details correctly, click on the "Finish" button.
