PROBLEM:  We have a terminated employee, how
can I receive his/her email without setting the
account up in my email program?

SOLUTION 
Click the following link to open a new page to webmail
Webmail Logon

You will now see the following screen

Enter your full email address in the userid box
Enter your password and click Logon

You will now see the following screen

Click on the drop down llist to display your email options
You will need to click the Change Mail Forwarding Link

You will now see the following screen

Type the full email address that you want to forward
email to.

You have completed setting up your mail forward.

Please remember to double check your setting by sending
a email to that forwarded account.
